Missed the postie yesterday as I was trapped on the loo, I then found a card for me to collect a parcel which confused me? I was not expecting a parcel as yet, I have one that has just started to leave China (A cheap specialist knife sharpening kit) but that is weeks away. So of I went to pick whatever it was up and was shocked to find 2 pieces of Atari software in a box.. I sat and thought and it eventually twigged that I'd been chatting with an AA user who was setting up a lending library for software and he offered me a game for the help. I said I'd send it back once finished but he said it was a keeper for me as I'd helped a lot. Now this was weeks ago and it had slipped my mind, well the cartridge arrived today with an extra game, complete with special edition toy... Cheered me up..
Nice one Paul, Flob is a great little game. Don't know anyting about the other one though, what is its title in English?
Hi Al, I love Flob, been playing it since it came out but it's so nice to have a cart to play now, as for the other one, it's TOTALLY in Polish, to be honest it looks impossible to play as it stands unless I suddenly learn Polish (not happening any time soon, I'm awful with languages, they are something I simply can't pick up like I do most other stuff.). Shame, it's nice to have the collectors edition just to have the big old police wagon thing, but playing it looks like a no no.. Well I could sit with my phone on translate which I tried on the box, it worked ok but actually playing it, I doubt. I'll try and find a better link to that game..

That's fantastic @Paul "Mclaneinc" Irvine ! I have Flob too, if you recall, haven't played yet though. I saw a youtube review of it though and it looks fantastic. But I was on the pre-order for it before it was finished just to support the community. I haven't bothered with the 07 title as I believe that is a graphic text adventure in Polish (I see now you mentioned-I just saw flob and had to respond right away!). Though I intend to buy LiteRally from Retronics later this year. I already own The Rescue Expedition by them. And why is this not posted in the What's new Pussycat thread? I'm just used to new toy announcements over there......sorry.
I was in two minds where to post it, in Atari 8 bit software or there. Flob is just great, it's a real pick up and play game that you can put down when frustrated and give it some thought... Works for me.. Yes, the other game is a nice thing but I'll probably pass it on to someone who speaks Polish, I do so hate having stuff that I can't use although I'm so grateful for the kindness of giving it to me, but in the same vein I'm sure it's better with a person who can play it.
