NOW SOLD - SORRY FOLKS Dragon 32 micro working and comes complete with the following extras # Tzxduino cassette emulator - lets you play games from an SD card (yes, Chuckie Egg is there!). # Composite TV cable - better quality tv picture via a composite connection # Analogue joystick - rare original Dragon joystick
Cheers Paul. Quite enjoyed playing Chuckie Egg on it and the Cuthbert games but the itch is now scratched and I know I won't make best use of it.
Of all your sales, Al, this is the most tempting... HOWEVER, I must pay orf me credit card which went ballistic again over festive season - anyone else in a similar boat? Yep, most, I would guess I'm also wishing to FINALLY UPGRADE me Nokia 6230 - stop giggling at the back - I'm sirius, I mean serious for once. I'm looking to splash out £54 on one of these... but cannae even afford that this month so will have to hang on til next month. Nokia 3210 - essentially same old style but with 4G capability whereas the above 3G phone will suffer switch-off in the near future - I believe 02/Giffgaff will be the last to turn off 3G... Oops - Baz hasn't got long with his old antique handset: Hence, I've no breathing space reet now, Al - but another lovely bargain going begging here, fellas. Might Rich be re-interested or possible Alex Drito or Manu?? Maybe worth sending both fellas a PM, Al, as I know these guys are often interested in UK retro bargains. As per Paul's, sentiments - best of British, pal - this Dragon richly deserves a new lurving retro owner.
I think the overseas postage would prove a problem Andy If you are interested in the Dragon I'm sure we could come up with a buy now pay later type plan. The main point though is your phone. Come on and join the 21st century with a cheapy Android handset instead and then can share your shennanigans over Whatsapp with me and Paul
I have no credit card bills, but then again, I don't have a credit card After losing the house my credit score was lower than a snakes knackers. Plus, I don't want one, spending what I don't have can be handy, but dangerous too. You get it sorted Andy as you did before.
Mate, I'm not sure what buying a "cheapy Android handset" would entail - you've gotta remember that I am an institutionalised NOKIA addict. I cannot operate other phones as they all work differently and my current Nokia is like an extra limb - me and it are totally in sync after 20 years loyal service so I will need to stick with the same brand. Would you know if you look at the link to the spec below if the phone above will have Android OS? I'm guessing not but as you know, that won't bother me - I just need an old-looking phone to keep working past the 3G switch off - Nokia 3210 - Full phone specifications I heard Whatsapp is for sharing photos of yer ass and testicles with online dating bosom buddies - I reckon Bev would slice through what's left with my goolies and she agrees that I am enough of a laptop / Ebay addict at home so a portable version in terms of smartphone in the pub would just make me an anti-social ****** in these scenarios so I doubt you'll ever talk me into swishy-swipey conversion mode, mate See how you go with your Dragon sale elsewhere (like the CPC it's a total bargain, bud) and if it's still oop for grabs say in March then we'll have another think then. I must chuck a good % of my income at my VISA for the next 2 months and then we'll take it from there, fella. Reet, stay warm - got a nice log fire on the go here roasting me chestnuts and why not- tis the season to give your vegetables / the Man United midfield a good roasting... have a super weekend, fellas.
The Nokia is what they call a 'feature' phone these days. Goodness knows why, as its main feature is being basic. So no whatsapp for you Mr Barr. Just a can and a bit of a string Blimey, that fire looks good though!
Cheers, Al. So the phone remains BASIC = good and the fire and the logs = firestick?! Keep warm and safe, folks - the latest here is that Bev's mam and dad have gone down with heavy colds so are NOT going to the game tomorrow so at last our Bev has looked at the dodgy weather and now we're 99% sure to cancel tomorrow's road trip unless the sun is cracking the pavements out there... hopefully, we'll stay put, stay safe and listen in to the (Pompey) match on the radio for once.
All the best to her Ma and da, the hospitals are over-ran at the moment. Poor old Al must be run ragged at the mo, COVID related stuff is going crazy..
