New / Old game finally released..Sector Wars by Vic Thorn..

I love a shooter and this one looks ace, was initially going to be published by English Software but that didn't happen, Vic then tried to raise money for a charity close to his heart but there wasn't as much interest as he hoped so now he's finished the game and released it..

I saw that thread, and watched a gameplay video of it for a bit. It looks like a real goo shooter game-play wise, but the graphics are really dated, even for the 8-bit. Even other unreleased shooters from about the same time, like Sinistar, look much better. I wish he's taken the time, or recruited help, for the graphics before final release. But maybe it's something he will allow to be tweaked by someone like TIX on AA in the future. I'm still looking to give this one a shot once I have my 800 running again.
