As part of RetroLiPS project by RetroMagazine World born to collect and preserve program and game listings from old computer magazines, here is a golf game for our beloved Oric! In addition to the BASIC listing, you can also download the snapshot (.SNA) of the game. Enjoy the game!

    Excellent - thanking you, Daz.

Many a happy hour spent typing in such a listing as this.

Half the joy was the bug fixing after typing RUN and getting no end of errors!

Remember when there was a little bit of machine code or user defined characters… all the endless data statements and if you got one wrong the computer would crash. Hopefully you saved it beforehand.

Too reet, Rich. You spent extra time just trying to locate those weird looking inverse ampersands, blocky graphic with a bit missing at 10 oclock by pressing caps lock, symbol, shift 8 etc.... all at the same time! Yes, the Atari listing was Treasure Hunt I think. Now I don't ever remember keying in that back in the day but I do remember countless Sinclair and Oric ones! My brain is still fried from the experience...
