Yup, more commonly known as laughing gas, apparently offers a 'high', bloody empties everywhere here, at least it does not stink like that awful skunk they smoke. Cretins..If it was something they did indoors away from other people who don't indulge then I'd not be so annoyed, but it just reeks of it around here, you go up to Harrow which is a big shopping area and the whole place just forever stinks of weed and skunk.
