Hi, fellas. I have about 15-20mins free.

Will boot up the other laptop though and try and join in as this one slower than a ZX81 (without a RAM pack).

Also want a test a gamers headset that I've found kicking around - see if that works.

Hi everybody. Didn't browse this thread before tonight. It's an excellent idea to get together live sometimes. I couldn't join you on Thursday night as I was actually in another video meeting with some friends in Rome, but I'll follow this thread to look forward to the next online chat. Hope to get Manu with us, so that even somebody (me) who understands half of the English that you speak will be with you... and the meeting will also be a bit more European, after all.

Well it would be very nice to see both you and Manu.
So far we havn't attracted anyone from the States, and this was our first attempt at a video call during the week.
I think Thursdays are difficult for Andy B. But as long as we all agree it's what ever days/times suit the majority.
If you and Manu can suggest a day and a time go for it !!

 

That would indeed be really, really good, Dave.

I was going to say to the lads last night, but time beat us, that it would be great to touch base with Manu and Richie again as we really miss those guys and of course it would be amazing to have yourself, Andy Vulcanman & Matt and Tim sometime too.

We realise though that time differences, being busy at home/helping family and being there for sick friends and neighbours etc makes it a job arranging these online chats to fit in with everyone's availability so we'll just carry on trying these link ups when folks tells us is the best time for them and attempting to go with the majority etc.

My Italian accent and his French Je ne sais pas quoi will surely improve the general cheeriness of a video call together...

I managed to reach @Klyde two days ago. He's been very busy with his job this week. No time for retro stuff. Probably next week me and @Klyde we'll have both some time to spare.
