Sounds like you have a right bad dose of it there Andy. Best stay inside and rest up.

I'm coming down with a head cold here but need to go into work as some new starts next week and a pile of other bits to get done too.

Thankfully only 3 weeks until I'm back down in Scarbados. Really looking forward to it, never gets old (unlike us lot!).

Aye, I've definitely damaged me guts with whatever triggered off my IBS this time, mate. It looks like the vindaloo was too hot for this sassenach to handle.
