Just spent the last hour playing some games on the C16/Plus4. Tetris (nice version), Arkanoid (very colourful and smooth), and Turbo Outrun (probably the best 8bit version).

 

I have a Phat PS3 with a Sixaxis controller going spare. I fitted a 320GB HDD in it replacing the 40GB original and I’ve redone the thermal paste. The only problem is the touch button for power on/reset is a bit iffy. That said you normally use the controller to power on and off.
I still have my Black WiiU, it’s a great machine. Sadly the shop has shut now so you cannot buy any games from Nintendo’s eShop. Disk only from now.

I’ll stick some in.. plus Phat PS3 can be custom firmwared if you want to

I think I have Killzone 2 and Resistance 1 & 2 so I’ll pop them in. I don’t have any platformers like Rayman unless you mean games like Uncharted.

 

I can get it packed up over the weekend and collected on Monday Paul, it’s just sat in the cupboard.

 

I have had a crack at it but it needs me to sit down and read all the docs properly. The programming it before using it is a bit different, compared to my Action Replay 6.

The extra memory make it a Plus 4 as far as games go. So some of the more complex titles like Elite and Mercenary need 64KB

 

The button does work Paul it is just a bit temperamental. It worked fine when I was restoring it on Sunday.

 

My physical games space is pretty much at capacity too Paul. Luckily I have a hall cupboard to keep most of them in or I would be in deep doo-dah.

The book and magazine collection is just about bursting at the edges, I need to do some shuffling there!
