    Interesting. Never knew about the MSX compatible concept. Also cool to read the Stratos being compared to an Atari 800 (no onboard basic).

    Okay, Andy. Hit me up with an Atmos, a Stratos and one of those prototype MSXorics you have tucked away in the Baz Cave :)

    Things sure were more fun back in the day with all the different home computer manufactures...

    It was certainly a period in time when all sorts of ideas and concepts were dreamt up. The Stratos or Telestrat is the holy grail for Oric fans.
    The MSX is a pretty good design based around the Texas Instruments VDP and AY-3-8910 so it would have been interesting to see what Oric would have come up with.
